Sustainability & Compliance Charter — Finnish Education Solutions Sdn Bhd (“FEDS”) — Malaysia Digital (MD) application

Our Commitment

FEDS is committed to operating sustainably across its EdTech and animation production businesses. This is not a general statement of intent: it is reflected in concrete, ongoing practice across the environmental, social and governance dimensions of the company’s operations, and in the design of its new flagship production, Rasa Guardians, whose core storyline is itself built around protecting cultural and culinary heritage from erasure.

Alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals

FEDS has reviewed the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals and identified the following as genuinely and directly relevant to its operations, rather than claiming broad alignment across all goals:

SDG Goal How FEDS contributes
SDG 3 Good Health and Well-being Rasa Guardians builds children’s food awareness, nutrition understanding and healthy-eating habits; “See The Good!” supports strengths-based emotional wellbeing
SDG 4 Quality Education Core EdTech business (Eduten, Seppo, Codeschool Finland, Moomin Language School and others) plus educational entertainment through Rasa Guardians
SDG 8 Decent Work and Economic Growth Direct employment, training and portfolio-building for Malaysian illustrators, 2D animators and motion designers; building a local animation production capability
SDG 11 Sustainable Cities and Communities Safeguarding of intangible cultural and culinary heritage, inspired by and supporting the living traditions of Penang’s UNESCO World Heritage George Town
SDG 12 Responsible Consumption and Production Rasa Guardians’ central storyline promotes authentic, traditional food culture over mass-produced imitations, and encourages informed, mindful consumption

Review & Accountability

This Charter reflects FEDS’s genuine operating practice as of 2026. It will be reviewed annually as the company scales its animation production operations, and updated as new commitments are adopted.
